What software technologies do you use to provide Miso?

Miso is provided as a cloud hosted website managed by us that users access in their browser. The app is implemented in the browser as native javascript, HTML and CSS.

What is the hosting set-up for Miso?

Miso is hosted in Microsoft Azure within the EU.

What database solution is being utilised to store information?

No database is required to run Miso. Data storage is provided by the Miso platform itself. To implement the service we use data storage services including Azure CosmosDb and Azure Storage.

Which browsers is Miso compatible with?

The latest version of Chrome or Safari is required. Miso may also work in Firefox and Edge.

Does Miso require any other third-party products installed?

No.

What is the minimum speed of internet connection required for Miso?

A connection 4Mb or greater should work well, but performance may be acceptable at slower speeds.

Does Miso require access to my software or systems?

No. Assuming you have internet access and a compatible browser, no adaptation is needed.

What is Miso's down time?

To date, Miso has had no down time.
