What security measures do you have in place to protect and manage personal data, addressing Article 5 and in particular Article 5 (2) of GDPR?

We request consent when users access our website using a cookie consent banner. We do not store any personal data except in services provided by third party processors. We have entered into DPAs with all our third-party processors. Only authorized personnel have access to these systems, and we have internal policies in place to ensure staff keep their account credentials secure.

We implement a number of security controls to preserve the integrity of our environment. Should an attacker gain access we have controls in place to detect suspicious activity and prevent exfiltration of data.

The Miso application itself stores data securely within the EU. Where a customer is a GDPR Data Controller we are happy to sign a DPA.
