Layouts Overview

 There are six main layouts:

• Issues
• Documents
• People
• Pleadings
• Events
• Facts 

 

Issues

 

Litigators understand the importance of identifying issues in cases. Miso enables users to create and order issues according to their preferences.

Documents

            

You can upload single or multiple PDF files into Miso by:

• Simply drag and dropping in to the main view window
• Clicking the "+ Upload" button in the grey field
• Clicking the "Upload" button on the right of the case name

. You are then able to easily view your documents and link documents to Issues, People or Facts.

 

People

You can create People connected to your case and link them to Documents, Issues, and Facts. Miso enables you to quickly access all the case information relating to a Person.

Pleadings

Pleadings allow users to easily access the pleadings in a case and to connect individual pleadings sentences to identified Issues.

 

Events

Users can create Events to create a case timeline. In addition, Miso automatically adds the dates of key documents to the timeline.

 

Facts

Miso enables you to identify and capture Facts and link to Issues, People and Documents. You can view all your facts together sorted by Issues, People or Documents.
